How do I sell on Guzones?
Create a free Guzones account, open your seller account, then add your products from your phone. Buyers across Africa can then find and order them.
How much does it cost to sell on Guzones?
On the Free plan you pay $1 once to open your shop. It's a commitment fee: it helps us keep out sellers who aren't serious and keeps the marketplace trustworthy. After that it's $0 per month, forever. Guzones only takes an 8% commission on each successful sale. The paid Pro and Business plans are optional and take no commission at all (0%).
How do I get paid when I sell on Guzones?
Buyers pay with M-Pesa, bank cards and more. Your earnings are paid to M-Pesa, Airtel Money, a bank account, a card, a till or a paybill.
Who delivers my orders?
You can deliver with your own rider, or let Guzones handle shipping and delivery with its partners, including DHL, bus cargo and motorcycle delivery.
Why pay $1 if the Free plan is free?
The $1 is paid only once, it is not a subscription. This commitment fee shows you are a serious seller and protects buyers from fake accounts. There is no monthly fee after that: you only pay commission when you make a sale.
What is the $500 ad credit for new sellers?
New sellers get $500 in ad credit. Guzones invests it in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google campaigns for your shop and products.
